On October 28, 2010, Turnaround for Children staff members Eliot Goldman, Ph.D., Owen Lewis, M.D., and Joan Stamler, Ph.D., joined Mary McKay and Sylvia Rowlands of NY Foundling to present a symposium at the 57^th Annual Conference of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP) in New York. The conference is a major professional venue for child mental health initiatives and research. The group presented Turnaround’s work with particular emphasis on the mental health aspects of our program.
