Turnaround for Children Founder and Senior Science Advisor, Pamela Cantor, M.D., spoke at the CTTL Academy, hosted by The Center for Transformative Teaching and Learning.

The virtual academy is a 4-day event for teachers at all levels that delves into research and strategies surrounding mind, brain and education science. In a deep dive session on the impact of stress and anxiety on learning, Cantor discussed the importance of approaching teaching and learning through whole-child design principles to understand what is working for students and what isn’t. In this presentation, Cantor highlighted the Design Principles and how they can be implemented in schools.
