Resources for Schools and Families Responding to the Newtown, Connecticut Shooting

We at Turnaround for Children would like to share some thoughts and resources to help as our schools, staff, and communities cope with reactions to the tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut.

The Federal Department of Education has assembled an excellent set of recommendations to educate schools on how to prevent violence and deal with it when it occurs.
