Catherine Good presents at the Teaching and Learning Lab at MIT

Catherine Good, Ph.D., Senior Research Scientist at Turnaround for Children, presented at the Teaching and Learning Lab at MIT in Cambridge, Massachusetts on April 4, 2017.

Dr. Good’s presentation, “Supporting Student Belonging in Academic Disciplines,” was the Spring 2017 Seminar for the “You Belong @MIT” initiative, a joint project of MIT’s Teaching and Learning Lab and MindHandHeart initiative. “You Belong @MIT” seeks to “engage the MIT community in discussions of the literature on academic belonging,” with the goal of helping participants to identify strategies to “increase students’ sense of belonging.”
