Turnaround In Campaign for Grade Level Reading Webinar on Whole-Child Design

Turnaround for Children Founder and Senior Science Advisor Pamela Cantor M.D. and Turnaround Content Design Specialist Elizabeth Miller participated in the webinar, “Learning Happens Everywhere: Returning to School with a Whole-Child Perspective.”

Hosted by the Campaign for Grade Level Reading, Turnaround was joined by Cajon Valley Union School District Superintendent David Miyashiro, Ed.D. and Foundation for Child Development President and CEO, Jacqueline Jones, Ph.D. The group explored what it would mean if learning settings were designed to meet each student where they are and help all children develop and learn to their fullest potential. They discussed how whole-child design can be used to accelerate equitable learning recovery for students in the upcoming school year.
